It is in a quiet neighborhood, where we felt comfortable allowing our kids to play unsupervised in the front yard. The community is close-knit and friendly, with many families taking regular evening walks, greeting neighbors and friends. Our children played with neighborhood friends, in the large greenbelt, common area and community playground.
The Desert Oasis Aquatic Center and Park is just a few minutes walk from the home, with the elementary and junior high being just a minute more. All three (pool and schools) are in the same complex. The park has playground equipment, gazebo with picnic table, and a volleyball court. The schools have many recreational facilities, including ball fields, basketball court, running track, tennis courts.
